All sales are final. Manufacturing-defect and damaged-in-transit claims are reviewed under the conditions below.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by applicable law or in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, or your order arrived damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at smjhairextensions@gmail.com.

To be eligible for review:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, uncolored, and unaltered.
• Photos and/or videos of the issue must be provided.
• Claims submitted after installation or alteration of the hair will not be accepted.
• For damaged-in-transit claims, photos of the shipping packaging must also be provided.

If a manufacturing defect or damage in transit is confirmed, SMJ Hair Extensions LLC may, at its sole discretion, replace the product or issue store credit.
