How SMJ Hair Extensions LLC processes orders, estimates delivery, and handles shipping responsibility.

Where We Ship

We ship to the continental United States and Washington DC. Shipping is a $35 flat rate per order, regardless of order size. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.

Order Processing

Every order is carefully inspected through our quality control process before it is prepared for shipment. This ensures every order meets our standards for quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.

Please allow up to 12 to 15 business days for order processing. Once your order has completed quality control and is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Delays

SMJ Hair Extensions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events once your order has been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. SMJ Hair Extensions LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at smjhairextensions@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the product. Damaged-in-transit claims are reviewed under the same conditions as manufacturing defects, set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
